CommentSync provides a tool to sync social media comments into Intercom. By using the service, you agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Intercom and Meta accounts and ensuring you have appropriate permissions to connect them.

3. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. External platforms (Meta, Intercom) may impact functionality.

4. Third-Party Dependencies

The service depends on APIs provided by Meta and Intercom. Changes to those platforms may affect functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentSync is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Missed messages or comments
• Platform outages
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

7. Data Deletion

Upon uninstall or request, we will delete stored data associated with your account where reasonably possible.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
