CommentSync ("we", "our", "us") provides an integration that connects Intercom with Facebook and Instagram to sync comments and replies into a unified inbox.

  • Facebook Page IDs and Instagram account IDs
  • Comments, replies, and usernames from Facebook and Instagram
  • Intercom conversation data required for syncing
  • OAuth access tokens for Meta and Intercom
  • Basic workspace information (name, ID, admin details)

We use this information solely to:

  • Sync comments and replies between Meta platforms and Intercom
  • Display conversations within your Intercom workspace
  • Maintain and improve the functionality of the app

Data is stored securely using managed infrastructure. Access tokens and mappings are stored only as required to operate the service.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only transmitted between:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram APIs)
  • Intercom APIs
